The USDA National Organic Program does not directly regulate substances not consumed by humans or animals. For these substances, our Program provides certification / approval for use in organic production. Our Program follows the NOP Regulations and is ISO 65 accredited.

THE PROCESS:
First: An application must be submitted for review, along with a deposit fee. The application requires a description of the applicant’s processes, a description of any formulation, and other information deemed necessary to assist in the review.
Second: After a complete and satisfactory review, Organic Certifiers will conduct an on-site inspection to verify the applicant’s representations.
Third: After a final review of the application and inspection report, together with payment of applicable fees, Organic Certifiers will issue a Certificate that the product is approved for use in organic production.
Fourth: Certification must be updated and renewed annually.
Fee quotes are given after initial information is provided.
